Question 1

What is THCa, and how does it differ from THC?

Accepted Answer

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in raw cannabis. When heated (through smoking or vaping), it converts to THC, the compound responsible for the "high" sensation. Our products contain THCa, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while delivering desired effects upon use.

Question 2

Are Sluggers products federally legal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Sluggers products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight, making them compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Question 3

Will using Sluggers products result in a positive drug test?

Accepted Answer

While our products are federally legal, they may still result in a positive drug test due to the presence of cannabinoids. We advise caution if you're subject to drug testing.

Question 4

How should I store my Sluggers products?

Accepted Answer

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal freshness, especially for flower and pre-rolls, consider using airtight containers.

Question 5

Can I travel with Sluggers products?

Accepted Answer

While our products are federally legal, state laws vary. Always check local regulations before traveling with hemp-derived products.
